Cleanliness, staff approach. Allowed me early check in without any charge.

Location. Far from Masjid Haram. No break fast, even by payment. I think no restaurant there’s Even near by no shops.

shuttle bus service to haram was poor and no schedule maintained.

was clean, big room and cheap

staff weren’t very friendly except the gentleman who did my check in was kind and polite when speaking to the guests. not enough buses to bring you back from the haram, I had no issue going but most of the time was coming back by taxi as bus was never to be found at the bus stand. staff should be trained how to speak to angry, tired and upset customers. as I saw a guest shouting and staff shouting back. no one was given a room until 4 pm. i was given a room at 1515 but the room was ready earlier the maintenance guy confirmed to the reception that the room was checked and confirmed that it was ready but there is miscommunication between them and made people wait when rooms were ready although it says check in is at 4 pm but why not letting people who came from far rest of rooms are ready.

The hotel called 4 star but actually its not even deserve one star !!! The location is wrong , Room full of dust and the bed sheets are dirty and smelly ,Shower doesn't work well , bad towels. Changed my room once but find the other room with same problems with noisy neighbors. Reception employee not available in check out time so had to leave the room card in the table.

The receptionist is not there most of the times!! Extremely bad service interms of reception people. Very disappointed. I didnt have my change while checking out because there was no one on the reception for around 1 hour. I had to leave without taking it back
